How Does Enkaku Chiryo Work?

It works exactly the same way as Reiki administered by direct touch. The practitioner directs the universal energy to you, helping 'unblock' the areas of stagnant energy. Blocked energy makes us feel unwell and Reiki helps improve the energy flow, while promoting natural self-healing and helping you feel better.

During your distance Reiki session, it would be ideal if you could be lying down comfortably and not doing anything. Most clients feel relaxed and experience a change in their energy flow, even though the practitioner is not physically present in the room.
